1. Connect your Kindle to your computer with the USB cable provided with your Kindle.

2. Click the "Copy to Kindle" button for the document you want to download.

3. A popup box will ask if you want to "Open" or "Save" the file. Select "Save" and click "OK".

4. Your Kindle will be displayed with a drive letter in a dialog box. You may have to navigate to My Computer to see your Kindle.

5. Double click on the Kindle drive letter to select it.
|

6. Double click the folder entitled "documents" on your Kindle and click "Save" (in the lower right).

7. Left-click on the USB Drive Indicator. Then click on the "Safely remove USB Mass Storage Device" pop-up link to unmount your Kindle from your computer.

The content you transferred should now appear in "Home" on your Kindle.
